Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Sales Administration Assistant based in Richmond Hill, ON. The role involves supporting sales operations through administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and agents, and maintaining real estate documentation. Additionally, the assistant will manage customer inquiries, ensure compliance with real estate regulations, and provide exceptional service to clients and team members. You will contribute to seamless real estate transactions and help maintain an organized sales process.
Qualifications
Real Estate License and knowledge of industry‑specific regulations
Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property laws and market trends
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and meet client needs
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in managing documentation and working with various administrative tools
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in real estate sales administration or a related field is a plus
