As the Supervisor, you will manage a high-performing team, providing Level 2 support to users across various locations. Your expertise with Active Directory, Azure AD, and technical troubleshooting will be essential for resolving complex issues efficiently. Focus on team development, process adherence, and customer satisfaction are critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Coach Deskside Support Analysts across multiple sites • Handle complex incident escalation effectively • Ensure consistent ticket hygiene aligned to ITIL practices • Provide hands-on deskside support for hardware and software • Coordinate asset tracking and support activities
Requirements:• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • 5+ years in deskside support with 2+ years in leadership • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 • Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL practices • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with VIPs
