Nursing Advisor, Practice and Education RN Location: Regina Salary: $112,486 - $150,743 Employment: Full‑time, Permanent Education: University Master's Degree required Responsibilities

Support members in understanding and applying CRNS practice standards, entry‑level competencies, code of conduct, practice guidelines, and resources. Lead projects and provide confidential advice, information, and resources to individuals and groups regarding professional practice issues. Obtain, analyse, and summarize information related to nursing practice to guide callers in improving practice and finding resolution.Identify opportunities to enhance the nursing profession and act as a creative, engaging decision‑maker, adept at problem‑solving and managing change. Qualifications

Current licensure with the CRNS. Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (complete or in progress). 6–9 years of relevant nursing experience. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate engagingly and decisively with registrants, employers, external stakeholders, and the public.Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Proficiency in obtaining, analysing, and summarizing information related to nursing practice.
