Lead and support enterprise lending projects from problem definition through solution design and implementation. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver a simplified lending experience. Diagnose complex lending challenges by identifying root causes and defining current and future‑state models.Design and document process flows, and customer and employee experience journeys to enhance satisfaction. Prepare presentations, decision documents, and visuals that clearly communicate complex analysis and recommendations. Identify ways to simplify lending processes, reduce rework and operational friction, and improve consistency and scalability.Lead workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decisions forward. Be a flexible team player, supporting peers and initiatives as priorities evolve. Required qualifications

A degree in business administration, commerce, or related field. Minimum of six years of relevant experience. Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable solutions. Strong written and visual communication skills, including presentations, process maps, and decision materials for senior audiences.Confidence communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Preferred qualifications

Experience championing or leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a large organization. Experience with process mapping, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, or operating model design. Lean Six Sigma, project management, or continuous improvement experience.
