TheSupervisor,Guest Experience&Ticket Operationsis responsible forassistingthe Managerand Assistant Manager ofGuest Experience&Ticket Operations in leading the day-to-dayservicedeliveryin venuesmanaged by Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) andhelptomaintainawelcoming and safeenvironmentforall guests.This position will achieve these goals by providing directions&leadership throughexceptional customer serviceand upholding venue policies in afriendly,professional mannerand safe.This role will supervise event day staff andassistManagementwith day-to-day functions,including but not limited to Ticket Sales, Event Booking, VenueOperations, Guest Experience,and Finance tomaintaina professional, organized, efficient, effective, and customer friendly experience.Support Guest Experience Management by: UtilizingTicketmasterand other applicable ticketing platforms. Assisting withTicket Builds&TicketPurchasingProcesses. Assistingwith the configuration ofevent builds. Overseeticket sales and admission scanningexecutionfor events usingticketingsystemand scanners. Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during event execution,documentand actioncorrectionin a timely manner. Receive,recordand reconcile, debit,creditand special vouchers,as events require.Superviseteam onmaximizingall sales opportunities during the transaction process throughadditionalproduct offerings. 2. Provides internal and external customers with support by: Be able to read tickets and have a firm grasp of the layout of each ofREAL'sticketedvenues. Assist Guest Relations staff in ensuringthat each guest that enters any ticketed event onREAL'sproperty has a validticket.Greet,monitor, andnavigatemovement of guests in assigned areas within the venue to ensure guest safety and compliance with buildingpolicy. Limit access tothevenue or specific areas to those with proper, validtickets. Demonstrate knowledge of ticket troubleshootingregardingtheticketingsystem, emailing, printing, transferring, etc.3. Leadoutstanding customerservice. Provide ticket service for inbound callsand follow up oninquiriesregardingREAL events. Assistingwith ticket needs. Overseeteam'svisibility and availabilityto provide superior service for event attendees. Ability toresolveescalatedcustomer serviceissuesbrought forward by staff.Other duties as required. Salary Range: $19.05 to $26.97 Education and Experience A certification in Event Manager, Project Management, Community Engagement or a combination of relevant education, training and experienceis considered anassest. 1-3 years’ experience in coordinationand supervisionof the delivery of large-scale events or, working in a multidisciplinaryfield.Experience with a CRM systemand ticketing systemsis anasset. Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge in Microsoft Suites and Event Pro Knowledge of event management Ability todeliver onobjectivesin stressful environments and fast-pacedsituations.Ability tomultitask. Ability to plan, execute and deliver on various simultaneous tasksin a timely mannerwhile workingindependently. Strong organizational and time management skills Mustpossessan acute attention to detail,creativityandprofessionalism.
