We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Night Clerk to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hotel environment. The available shifts are 11:00pm to 7:00 am, two shifts per week.
Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette, assisting callers with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.Support other hotel departments as needed to enhance overall guest experience.
Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone systems and etiquette.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
