Responsibilities: -Responsible for developing, implementing, recording, evaluating, and improving the mine maintenance program -Responsible for the improving training programs -Maintain and improve an preventative maintenance program and work order process -Plan and organize maintenance work -Assist with planning, scheduling, and budgeting of departmental objectives-Manage inventory and cost control -Conduct investigations to improve maintenance and warehouse inventories -Ensure that regulatory, licensing, permit, and company requirements are met promptly -Establish a documentation system to measure performance -Assess maintenance from a technical viewpoint, document deficiencies, report findings, and suggest improvements-Compile reports as required

Skills and Qualifications: -Must have considerable maintenance experience in a similar role -Secondary education is required (degree, diploma, or certificate) o Preference will be given to those with a Mechanical background -5+ years of supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities-Experience in Reliability based maintenance strategies -SAP knowledge is an asset

Work Location&Schedule: -McClean Lake Operations, Northern Saskatchewan -Fly-in/Fly-out operation with on-premise camp facilities -7 day in/ 7 day out schedule. Adjustments will be required periodically -Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside or normal working hours may be required
