What you’ll do
Shape and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen our brand and build meaningful connections with our members and communities.
Provide strategic leadership for internal, external, executive, and customer communications.
Build and strengthen community partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
Lead community investment, sponsorship, and donation initiatives and assess their effectiveness and impact.
Oversee digital platforms, social media, and customer engagement tools to strengthen brand presence and customer experience.
Use market insights, analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate results and identify opportunities.
Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and organizational reporting.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Who you are
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and/or communications.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications programs.
Strong understanding of branding, communications, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience using analytics and performance measures to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience within retail and knowledge of agriculture and petroleum industries is considered an asset.
Experience with platforms and applications such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, and related marketing tools is considered an asset.
Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel between locations and for events as required.
