Contract End Date: 06/30/2027
Contract Rate: $60 per hour
Contract Hours per Student: 2 hours per student. One hour of preparation will be added to each intake with student enrollment.
Course Dates and Times: September 8 - October 16, 2026; January 4 - February 13, 2027; May 3 - June 11, 2027
Job Duties
Provide online theory instruction, mentorship, support, assessment, evaluation, and timely feedback to the students on the required learning management system.
Review course content to ensure content links and resources are updated two weeks prior to the course start date. Be flexible and responsive to students learning needs using appropriate methodologies within an online learning environment.
Manage the learning management system to ensure optimum learning environment.
Work collaboratively in an interdependent team environment.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Experience Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a post secondary nursing degree.
Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
A minimum of 3 years recent and relevant nursing experience.
Experience teaching adults.
The ability to effectively engage students in an online learning environment.
Recent experience teaching nursing documentation.
Desired QSA: None listed.
