Production Operator, Weyburn

Overview We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, electric tools, assembly, wood repair, band / table saw.

Duties

Inspect and repair wooden reels according with SOP's

Assemble wooden reels from all sizes according to specifications

Follow up safety standards, policies and procedures established by the company

Workstation cleanliness is an asset; maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Operate forklifts for material handling within the warehouse environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Familiarity with hand and electric tools

Ability to lift and move 50lb, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time

Ability to understand written and oral instructions and SOP's

Punctuality, attendance and PPE are mandatory

Attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new techniques and processes as needed.
