Lead operations as a Hotel Accommodation Services Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our resort. This is an on-site role focusing on service excellence and operational efficiency.
The Hotel Accommodation Services Manager will manage daily operations within a hotel, motel, or resort setting, drawing upon their 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing operational policies, preparing budgets, negotiating supplier contracts, and assisting clients with special needs. Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel and Office is required.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement daily operational procedures • Negotiate supplier agreements for efficient service • Oversee front desk operations and customer complaints • Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance • Coordinate and supervise maintenance for facilities
Requirements:• 2 to 3 years of management experience in hospitality • Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office applications • Client-focused with attention to detail • Flexibility to handle varying guest demands • Initiative in problem-solving and operational management
