Nightly cleanliness of the kitchen, washing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and smallwares associated with the operation of a commercial kitchen.
Learn and operate the commercial dishwasher.
Do some prep work as needed.
Heavy lifting involved.
Qualifications
Availability, and flexibility are definite assets, as the position will require work nights.
The individual for this position must be a hard worker, with a high commitment to quality.
Some food service experience would be an asset.
