Reports To: Project Manager
Employment Type: Temporary Full-time (35 hours per week)
Employment Duration: April 23, 2026 to June 12, 2026
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Street Culture Project is seeking
two (2) Construction Labourers
to support our construction and property projects. This position is supported by the
federal
Canada Summer Jobs program . This is a hands‑on role for individuals who are reliable, safety‑focused, and eager to learn practical construction skills.
Whether you are building experience in the trades or looking for steady, meaningful work, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to projects that support our broader community mission.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and maintain construction sites
Assist tradespeople with daily tasks
Handle materials, tools, and equipment
Follow safety procedures and work standards
Learn and develop practical construction skills on the job
What You Bring
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physical ability to perform manual labour
Basic understanding of construction safety
WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain
Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
Additional Requirements
Valid SK Driver’s License with clean abstract
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
