Primary Functions

Coaching individuals to build life and vocational skills

Supervising and participating in light‑industrial production

Performing routine inspections of the grounds and facilities and taking necessary steps to maintain the facilities

Ensuring vehicles, equipment, and implements are properly operated, maintained, and are in safe working order

Assessing vehicle, equipment, and implement maintenance concerns. Performing minor repairs or arranging for professional maintenance where necessary, as directed.

Communicating professionally with team and stakeholders

Conducting truck‑run deliveries/pickups and acting as the back‑up bus driver for Day Program, camp, and other Harvest Community Inc. sanctioned activities as assigned

Provide camp preparation and maintenance support as directed (travel and overnight stays required)

Operate the forklift, tractors, and other farm equipment
