Act as a key player in hotel excellence as an Experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician, focusing on the upkeep of essential systems. Your expertise in maintenance will ensure guest safety and comfort.

In this role, you will handle routine maintenance, troubleshoot various systems, and perform essential repairs. You'll maintain logs of your work while coordinating with external vendors as necessary to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems • Respond to and resolve guest and staff maintenance issues • Fix electrical components such as outlets and switches • Ensure HVAC systems are functioning properly • Conduct minor carpentry and painting as needed

Requirements:• High school diploma required; technical certification is advantageous • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in hospitality • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Willingness to work flexible hours and emergency calls
