Full-Time Equipment Maintenance Operator, Goodwater

Take on the role of Seasonal Full-Time Maintenance&Equipment Operator with the Rural Municipality of Lomond No. 37 in Goodwater, SK. This position focuses on outdoor maintenance, including construction and snow removal tasks, while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Your journey begins on June 1st, 2026, with a demanding schedule of 50 hours per week until the end of the year. You will work collaboratively within a small team, undertaking essential duties from road construction to grass seeding, directly benefiting the community of 275 residents.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform construction, manual labor, and equipment operation • Carry out mowing, crack sealing, and culvert installations • Manage road sign setups and snow clearing initiatives • Ensure yard maintenance and equipment servicing • Uphold safety standards in all tasks completed

Requirements:• Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1A is advantageous • Road maintenance and construction experience preferred • Ability to service a variety of equipment • Proficient in operating heavy machinery like CAT graders • Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening
