As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you'll serve as the main contact for scheduling client services, capable of managing daily appointments with outstanding customer service skills.
This essential role involves coordinating service appointments through phone, email, and text. You'll ensure accurate record-keeping while collaborating closely with both clients and technicians. Your focus on communication and organization will help facilitate efficient workflows as you prepare service orders and maintain vehicle histories.
Key Responsibilities:• Confirm and schedule appointments with efficiency • Provide friendly communication as the first contact • Retrieve service histories and prepare related documentation • Collaborate with service teams to optimize schedules
Requirements:• Experience in customer service or administrative tasks • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling software • Excellent time management for high call volumes • Valid Driver's License
