What You’ll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

Create compelling designs: Use the Adobe Creative Suite to produce eye‑catching materials for a variety of projects.

Manage project workflow: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and deliver projects on time.

Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and standards.

Utilize Microsoft Office: Use tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to handle administrative tasks and create presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

Customer‑centric attitude: You understand that the customer is at the heart of our business and are committed to providing outstanding service.

A strong portfolio: Proven proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
