Enhance guest experiences as a Supervisor in Hotel Reception. Responsible for managing room assignments, reservations, and fostering an inclusive environment for all.
In this position, you will lead the hotel reception team, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with care and professionalism. You’ll coordinate reservations, supervise check-ins, and actively work towards resolving any guest concerns while implementing training focused on inclusivity for diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:• Take and manage room reservations with accuracy • Register guests and assign appropriate accommodations • Process payments and finalize guest transactions • Handle telephone inquiries and messages promptly • Investigate and resolve guest complaints efficiently
Requirements:• Prior experience in hotel reception or supervisory roles • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Knowledge of hotel management systems preferred • Ability to support diverse staff training initiatives • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
