Key Responsibilities:• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities • Document and communicate changes in client needs • Perform light housekeeping following care plans • Help clients with mobility and exercises • Develop relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:• Active license with the CLHA and in good standing • Clear Criminal Record Check required • Proof of a negative TB test necessary • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
