The target salary range for this position is $75,650 to $79,655 per year based on experience. In addition, this role offers a defined path for career advancement, with performance‑based wage increases along the way as well as eligibility for an annual variable profit‑sharing program. Team Development: Take the helm as you guide and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more. Financial Mastery: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.
