Pharmacy Assistant with Inventory Management, Central Alberta (Stettler)

Become a key part of enhancing medication distribution as a Pharmacy Assistant. Responsible for packaging, shipping, and maintaining medication inventory under the supervision of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll manage various medication preparations and clerical duties following established procedures. This role requires a strong foundation in pharmacy operations, with responsibilities including medication distribution and inventory management. You'll need excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills to thrive in this team environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Package and distribute medications accurately • Manage and replenish medication inventory levels • Perform various clerical duties as required • Collaborate with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements:• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent • Graduate of recognized pharmacy assistant program • Recent pharmacy experience in retail or hospital • Proficiency in Windows-based applications • Excellent communication and time management skills
