As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be essential in developing and maintaining manufacturing processes at Badger. This role involves everything from tooling design to layout drawings and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods • Create tooling designs and manufacturing layouts • Research assembly methods and production flow enhancements
Requirements:• Accredited degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering • 3+ years of relevant industry experience • Registration as a Professional Engineer or eligible • Proficiency in CAD, especially SolidWorks • Familiarity with CNC and welding processes
