This position, reporting to the Community Manager, involves assisting with everyday operations and carrying out outdoor maintenance tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring cleanliness and addressing various resident requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate effectively with management to resolve site issues • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and lots • Execute groundskeeping tasks, including mowing and pruning • Handle salting and snow removal in winter months • Communicate updates and notices to residents

Requirements:• 1 year of related experience necessary • Mechanical trade qualifications advantageous • Strong organizational skills required • Must be available for on-call emergencies • Valid driver's license and a clear driving record
