Key Responsibilities:• Accurately enter vendor invoices on schedule • Match invoices with packing slips and approvals • Review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization • Prepare payments and manage cheque/EFT runs • Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on issues
Requirements:• Experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping • High school diploma necessary • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills with vendors and teams
