We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager with experience in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of 16-20 staff members. This role entails a thorough evaluation of operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. With 30 to 40 hours of work per week, you will use your skills in planning, training, and monitoring revenues to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze budgets to enhance restaurant profits • Evaluate and improve daily operations effectively • Monitor revenues and manage labour costs strategically • Supervise and train staff to ensure peak performance • Address customer complaints and provide excellent service
Requirements:• College diploma or equivalent in a relevant field • 7 months to less than 1 year of management experience • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Knowledge of health and safety regulations • Ability to manage staff schedules and performance
