Reporting to the Senior Director of Franchise, you will lead operations and merchandising efforts, visiting stores to support openings, closings, and compliance with franchise standards. Your expertise in daily and monthly balancing, inventory control, and training will be vital to enhancing store performance and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:• Review daily reports and communicate key metrics to stores • Drive performance in underperforming stores through targeted support • Enhance operational procedures through comprehensive training • Assist stores with balancing and expense statement queries • Act as a liaison between corporate and franchise stores

Requirements:• High school diploma minimum • 2-3 years of leadership experience • Proven operations and customer service track record • Strong communication and accountability skills • Willingness to travel frequently
