Station Manager– Red Deer (Full‑time, salaried, exempt) Reporting to the Director, Canadian Operations, you will act as the operational anchor for the field team, bridging strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, financial discipline, and people‑first leadership.Key Responsibilities

Personnel Leadership&Development : Mentor and manage field technicians, coaching them to foster accountability and continuous improvement. Operational Readiness&Facility Management :

Ensure 100% readiness of well‑integrity testing equipment and vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, functional shop facility with rigorous inventory management. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules aligned with budget forecasts to avoid downtime.

Quality Control&Financial Compliance :

Audit technician outputs for data accuracy and adherence to client expectations. Verify cost sheets and field tickets for 100% compliance with client terms. Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions when needed.

Strategic Communication&Business Development : Lead daily communications between field and management, and participate in morning planning calls to optimize scheduling. Technical Subject Matter Expertise :

Act as the ultimate resource for Capstone service offerings and VentMeter™ technology. Provide technical support and analysis to resolve complex field challenges. Own onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new hires. Manage logistics including time cards, expenses, and vacation scheduling.

Qualifications&Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Well Integrity or Oilfield Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Post‑secondary certificate or degree in petroleum technology/engineering, environmental technology/engineering, science, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites as required. Clean driver’s abstract. Certifications: CSO, First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, TSG, Ground Disturbance. Skills

Adaptability to changing client requirements and seasonal workload fluctuations. Operational grit and high standards of organization within a shop and fleet environment. Business acumen in budget management and revenue assurance. Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail in technical data, field tickets, and safety documentation. High‑level problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability. Reliability in meeting month‑end reporting and equipment maintenance schedules. Working Hours, Location&Job Expectations

Full‑time, salaried, exempt position. Requires occasional after‑hours support, mandatory monthly on‑call weekend rotation, and frequent travel to field sites. Approximately 3–4 days per quarter at FortSt.John, BC, and occasional visits to the Calgary office. Pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening and fitness‑to‑work physical assessment are required.Work Conditions

Use of PPE (e.g., hard hats, safety boots) as required. Exposure to outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise). Manual dexterity and heavy lifting occasionally required. Rewards
