The first phase focuses on enhanced orientation, pairing you with an experienced Clinical Guide. As you progress, you’ll transition into independent practice backed by ongoing mentor support, ensuring you develop competence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide essential nursing care and support to patients • Apply critical thinking in clinical decision-making • Advocate for patients in various healthcare scenarios • Support a holistic approach to patient health • Maintain high-quality patient-centered care practices

Requirements:• Must have completed an accredited nursing program • Register or be eligible with CRNA • BCLS-HCP certification required • Limited to recent graduates within 12 months only • Review the UNA Letter of Understanding #29 before interview
