Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairsAssist in installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities Collaborate with team members to identify potential issues before they escape escalation Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial or facility maintenance Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Experience working with asbestos Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as part of a team Prior experience in a maintenance role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to maintenance duties This position is vital for maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and reliability within our facility.
