Completing maintenance&repairs– you’ll be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for commercial projects. Project length ranges from two hours to two days Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers – you’ll communicate with our clients to help them understand what they need to have doneand manage expectations about scope and costsCreate life‑long customers – deliver an outstanding experience that wows life‑long repeat customers How We’ll Measure Performance

Customer satisfaction (NPS)– for every job, you will encourage customers to complete a survey to rate their satisfaction. You’ll need both a high response rate and high satisfaction rate Communication – communicate quickly and clearly Effective billing rate – it’s your responsibility to source materials, estimate,and submit billingRecall percentage– we guarantee all work for one year. Live close within a 1.5‑hour drive from any of the following cities (Red Deer, Athabasca, Rocky Mountain House, NE Edmonton) Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman Own your own tools Complete a background and driving record check Able to lift 50 pounds independently Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of timeAs an experienced Handyman, you have strong proficiency in at least four of the following:

Store closings Board‑ups Carpentry work Washroom improvements Painting, both inside and out Cabinet/drawer repair Drywall work, minor and major repairs Basic plumbing Floor installation and refurbishing Familiar with building codes Compensation

As a sub‑contractor you set your own price for jobs. You are applying to work for a franchise owner of Mr. Handyman, not Mr. Handyman SPV LLC or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchise owner will be your only employer. Franchise owners are independent business owners who are solely responsible fortheir own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchise owners.
