Leon’s is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. This full-time role involves interacting directly with customers via phone, in person, or email, managing service requests efficiently. You will also provide training to new service associates and maintain organized records forall open service issues.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist customers with service requests via multiple channels • Set and confirm repair technician appointments • Inspections on all exchanges or customer requests • Follow up on overdue parts and service issues • Schedule deliveries and authorize customer credits
Requirements:• Customer-focused with a positive attitude • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • Collaborative team player with a friendly demeanor
