As EASE Principal, your role involves supervising staff, recruiting new drivers, and ensuring training and compliance with safety regulations. You'll develop transportation schedules, handle maintenance issues, and prepare annual updates for transport manuals. This position is vital in promoting a safe transit environment for children while adhering to Alberta's transportation legislation.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and train transportation personnel • Coordinate transportation schedules and alternate plans • Monitor and schedule bus maintenance and inspections • Maintain compliance with safety policies and practices • Update drivers’ abstracts and transportation manuals

Requirements:• Class 2 driver’s license with S endorsement • Experience working with diverse children • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent organizational abilities • Familiarity with transport legislation
