As a Property Maintenance Technician, reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for executing work orders and overseeing daily maintenance tasks. This position demands a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills, as you will handle tasks from snow removal to light repairs. Ensuring successful contractor management will also be part of your daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:• Complete maintenance work orders as assigned • Manage contractor relations and secure necessary quotes • Execute yard maintenance including pruning and debris removal • Monitor and repair common areas as needed • Update management on maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:• 1+ years of experience in maintenance roles •Qualifications in mechanical trades is a strong asset • Organized and able to prioritize tasks • Excellent communication skills are necessary • Required valid driver’s license and a good driving record
