We’re looking for a full‑time Agro Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position:

Agro Manager

Full‑time:

40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, you need AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

What You’ll Do Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and day‑to‑day execution of the Agro Centre and will:

Provide operational direction and oversight on implementing programs and policies for the Agro Centre in the areas of brand, customer service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery

Build strong customer relationships and oversee the execution of sales strategies for the Agro Centre through managing and growing current customers and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities

Oversee the execution of marketing and merchandising including displays, promotions, and pricing

Ensure standards are achieved on all safety, environmental, and asset protection policies and procedures and oversee the safe handling and storage of inventory and equipment for the location

Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to pricing, sales margins, expenses, and inventory

Provide leadership to the Agro Centre team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members

Who You Are You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:

You have a Degree in Agriculture

You have 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience or a combination of education and experience
