Foreman for Pavement Stripe Installation, Central Alberta (Stettler)

Oversee pavement marking projects as a Foreman, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Guide your team in the efficient application of striping materials to enhance road clarity.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated pavement marking crew on various highway projects. You'll coordinate assignments and ensure the accurate installation of thermoplastic and epoxy materials. Maintaining compliance with safety standards, you will actively monitor progress and educate team members on proper techniques and equipment use.

Key Responsibilities:• Direct installation of highway marking materials • Allocate tasks based on job requirements • Record daily operational metrics • Verify compliance with quality and DOT regulations • Control traffic near work sites for safety

Requirements:• Crew management experience in paving is essential • Valid CDL Class B with Air Brake • Must be an ATSSA Certified Basic Flagger • Mechanical aptitude required • Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
