Construction Helper Needed in Blackfalds, Central Foothills (Sundre)

Hall Industrial Contracting Ltd. is looking for eight Construction Helpers for full-time positions. This role requires previous labor experience and the ability to work efficiently both on the road and onsite. Your responsibilities will include assisting in scaffolding projects and working alongside heavy equipment operators to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:• Load and unload materials at construction sites • Erect and dismantle required scaffolding and ramps • Mix and prepare surfaces for painting duties • Clean job sites by removing debris and spills • Assist in aligning pipes and maintaining equipment

Requirements:• Previous experience in construction is an asset • Strong attention to detail and punctuality • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work standing for long periods • Capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions • Experience with sandblasting is an advantage
