Service Overview: Constructing Success is a service for job-ready Albertans looking to enter a construction career. Participants work one-on-one with a Job Coach to determine their individual needs and create an action plan to facilitate success in Alberta’s in-demand construction industry.

Constructing Success assists participants through the following:

Access to Short-Term Training

Industry-Recognized Certifications

Job Search Skills&Assistance/Direct Job Matching

You may be eligible to participate if you are:

Currently unemployed or underemployed (20 hours per week)

‘Job-ready’, meaning you are not in need of extensive employment skills/training development

Available for those aged 18 and older

Short-term retraining and workforce adjustment

Residential, Commercial, and Renovation Construction

Infrastructure and Industrial Construction

Project Management and Leadership in Construction
