Westland Insurance is hiring a Senior Insurance Advisor for its Sundre, AB branch. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service and expertise in insurance solutions.
In this senior position, you will manage client relationships while addressing their unique insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior team members and promoting community involvement. A minimum of 2-3 years in the insurance field is required, along with a commitment to client advocacy and educational growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Advise clients on complex insurance situations • Build and sustain effective client relationships • Facilitate team member growth and development • Drive community engagement initiatives • Manage multiple insurance cases successfully
Requirements:• 2-3 years of insurance experience • Proven sales achievements in previous roles • Level 2 insurance broker license is required • Excellent organizational skills and discretion • Passion for mentoring and team collaboration
