In this part-time role, you will work under the Director of Care, ensuring that residents receive appropriate care according to established standards. Your duties will include using the Nursing Process for assessments and implementing care plans. An essential part of this position involves supervising Health Care Aides while fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide resident care adhering to nursing standards • Develop and implement individualized care plans • Supervise and evaluate Health Care Aide duties • Mentor staff and facilitate their professional growth • Handle stressful situations with resilience and care

Requirements:• Graduate of the Licensed Practical Nurse Program • Registered in good standing with CLPNA • Current CPR and First Aid certifications • Strong communication and leadership skills • Familiar with MDS-RAI assessments
