Office Clerk– responsible for performing a variety of routine to moderately complex administrative tasks, including receiving products into the JD Edwards database, data entry, and providing administrative support to staff as needed. Responsibilities

Receives products into the JD Edwards database and accurately enters them in a timely manner. Data entry and maintains multiple spreadsheets in Excel. Creates and maintains macro‑based Excel sheets for various departments. Manages Avetta contractor flags and orientation to maintain green status and compliance.Supports HSE by managing documentation and other administrative tasks. Prepares and schedules training in collaboration with the HSE coordinator. Tracks completion of corporate safety shares. Scans and tracks internal inspections and LCP audits. Updates spreadsheets with eyewash and fire extinguisher verification checks.Tracks safety participation and creates monthly audits for 5S form issues. Maintains daily dumping sheets and ticket logs; audits Danfords tickets to invoices and rectifies discrepancies. Collaborates and supports the plant with data management, analytics, and reporting. Maintains a neat and organized work environment.Performs other administrative duties, including filing, office supply management, meeting minute recording, and report generation. Manages and coordinates plant events. Qualifications

Post‑secondary education or an equivalent combination of experience. Prior experience in an administrative support role is an asset. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to create macros, V‑lookups, and similar functions. Strongorganizational and time‑management skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Hours&Schedule
