Compensation $59,500 per year plus performance bonus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Hire, train, supervise, and schedule team members to maintain efficient operations.

Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and labour costs to meet financial targets.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian health&safety regulations.

Support local marketing promotions and implement strategies to improve store performance.

Requirements

Minimum 2‑3 years of restaurant or fast‑food management experience (drive‑thru experience preferred).

Experience managing a team.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (bilingual is an asset).

Permanent residency required.

Minimum High School Diploma.

Valid Food Handling Certificate and First Aid Certification.

Must have access to a vehicle.
