Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate employee performance in the field for compliance • Mentor Transportation employees through regular support • Provide in-field training for operational initiatives • Manage qualifications and certifications for employees • Assist Talent Acquisition with onboarding new hires

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years railway experience required • Experience as Conductor or Locomotive Engineer preferred • Proven coaching and mentoring skills needed • Valid Driver’s License required • Completion of CN’s medical assessment necessary
