Client Care Representative– Commercial Insurance Associate, Prince George

Responsibilities

Assist producers and marketers with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts. Meet client needs and process documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In‑House Policies, Invoicing, Finance Contracts, and customer correspondence. Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to clients.Contact clients for renewal information and answer questions regarding coverages. Accept and process online quotes, negotiate with insurers on coverage and price, and update client information as changes occur. Answer account‑related questions or requests from clients, lawyers, and banks. Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.Assist with minimal but regular duties to support the floater position. Qualifications

Level2 insurance license or willingness to obtain one. Minimum of one year of commercial insurance experience as an insurance advisor. Self‑motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive, self‑starter attitude. Excellent customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Industry designations (e.g., CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance&Risk Management Diploma) are an asset. Salary&Benefits

Expected salary range: $45,000 to $55,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line. Benefits may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and potential bonuses and commissions for eligible positions.
