Sherridon Homes is part of the Mirrastone Group and is one of the fastest-growing and most successful residential construction companies in Australia.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Associate to support our regional sales team in Gippsland. This unique role works closely with our top-performing Sales Consultants across 3 display homes in Traralgon, Warragul and Drouin.
About the Role As a Sales Associate/Cadet, you will support the sales team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assist with client enquiries from all three displays, provide administrative support, and assist with the early stages of the sales process, gaining valuable exposure to custom home design, estimating, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Sales Consultants with client enquiries and follow‑ups
Coordinating client appointments and helping to maintain CRM records
Liaising with internal teams
Providing professional and timely communication to prospective clients
Assisting with display homes, events, and client presentations as required
About You You are organised, client‑focused, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in luxury homes and construction.
You Will Bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
A proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in sales, administration, real estate, or construction (preferred but not essential)
Desire to grow into a Sales Consultant role over time
What We’re Looking For This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to your clients. It’s also highly rewarding both professionally and financially for those who embrace the challenge.
Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
A results‑driven mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
Sales or customer service background (any industry)
Tech‑savvy with an eye for detail
Weekend availability (when most client activity happens)
Must have a Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
What To Expect
$60,000 + Super
Full‑time role, 5 days per week (some weekends required)
10:00 am - 5:00 pm
