Maintenance Worker for Snow Lake Public Works

Help maintain the Town of Snow Lake’s public infrastructure as a Maintenance Worker in public works. This role focuses on operating vehicles and performing essential maintenance duties to ensure community safety and functionality.

Under the guidance of the Transportation and Utilities Manager, you’ll be directly involved in various maintenance operations, including road upkeep, garbage collection, and emergency repairs. Your Class 3 driving license will enable you to handle trucks and construction machinery efficiently, ensuring high standards of public service.

Key Responsibilities:• Load and unload materials using trucks • Conduct road maintenance and garbage/recycling collection • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment • Assist with water treatment and wastewater systems • Respond to emergency situations when needed

Requirements:• Class 3 with Air Brakes license required • Commitment to obtaining additional certifications • Willing to engage in relevant training programs • Background in maintenance or utility work • Focus on safety compliance and protocol adherence
