Inside Sales Engineer, Eastern Saskatchewan (Melfort)

Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. This role is crucial to maintaining and expanding our customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Generate quotes, process orders and order confirmations. Provide product information and technical support to customers. Manage and update customer accounts and records. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.General marketing activities, updating and maintain website and sales portals. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business/Engineering or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
