We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer with strong technical and creative capabilities for our residential design-build company. This role operates in an integrated environment from concept to execution, making design a tangible reality.
In this position, you will manage renovation and custom home projects, guiding clients through the design process. Your duties will include preparing detailed drawing and specification packages while collaborating with construction teams and ensuring accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead clients through the design process from concept to final selection • Develop functional and creative design solutions per client needs • Conduct site measurements and site reviews accurately • Prepare detailed elevations and lighting plans for projects • Collaborate across teamsfor accurate project execution
Requirements:• 5–7 years of residential design experience preferred • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and residential drafting • Experience preparing comprehensive design packages • Technical understanding of construction methods • Valid driver’s license for site travel
