The relief full-time opportunity requires a Registered Nurse with at least three years of relevant experience. You'll lead case management initiatives, provide educational programs, and develop interdisciplinary care strategies. Key Responsibilities:• Lead the development of case management practice standards • Conduct educational needs assessments for clinical staff • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective care planning • Resolve clinical issues through effective team leadership • Maintain professional networks and research resources
Requirements:• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM • Three years of case management experience • Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle • Strong communication and leadership skills • Knowledge of geriatric healthcare needs
