Key Responsibilities:• Oversee evening operations at the front desk • Ensure facility security and preparedness for following day • Check in members and guests according to procedures • Provide comprehensive service through multiple communication channels • Handle cash reconciliation and end-of-night processes
Requirements:• Previous customer service experience is mandatory • Proficient in English communication skills • Microsoft Office proficiency is essential • Experience with cash handling and POS operation • Reliable transportation for work shifts
